Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your return package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original Slip® branded box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned silk, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
